Nicole Stolk

Nicole joined DNB in 2016 as Secretary-Director, responsible for Internal Operations. She later joined the Executive Board, where she has overseen Resolution and Internal Operations since 1 July 2018.

"I have enjoyed working in recent years to boost the level of professionalism at DNB with regard to the Deposit Guarantee Scheme and bank and insurer resolution, as well as in Internal Operations, including Finance and Risk, HR, IT and operations. Although I am sad to leave DNB, I am immensely proud of the solid foundation we've built and the dedication of our professional staff. However, after eight years at DNB, I feel it is time to seek out new challenges. It is a great honour and a tremendous opportunity to serve the Albert Schweitzer hospital as chair of the Executive Board."

Martin van Rijn, DNB’s Supervisory Board chair, said: "We are very grateful to Nicole for her years of tireless service at DNB. Nicole is a visionary director who has put her heart and soul into her work. We understand her motives for making this exciting career move and wish her every success in her new role."

"We congratulate Nicole and the Albert Schweitzer hospital, and we will miss a valuable colleague who has made an immense contribution to the professionalisation of our resolution tasks and internal operations with conviction and commitment through the years," said Klaas Knot, DNB’s President.

In the period ahead, the Supervisory Board will consider Nicole’s succession on the Executive Board. The successor to Executive Board member Else Bos, who is leaving DNB from 1 February 2024, will soon be announced.
