Important Notice: Major Maintenance for Supervision Applications
We would like to inform you that we are currently performing major maintenance on the Supervision Applications service. This is an important step to improve the performance, reliability and scalability of our service. In addition, this gives us a stable basis for further improvements to the service. We expect to complete the major maintenance by the end of Q1 2025.
What does this mean for you?
- The maintenance will take place in phases, which means that we will transfer forms step by step. This ensures a smooth transition and as little disruption to use as possible.
- During this period, you can use the service as usual, but you may experience some inconvenience, or the service may work slightly differently.
- If you experience any problems or have any questions, you can always contact our support team, we are here for you.
What will change?
- Improved performance: After the migration, you can expect faster loading times and a smoother user experience of the forms. In addition, we expect fewer incidents and better error handling.
- Upload multiple files at once: After the migration, uploading files will work differently. You can now submit multiple files at once.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during these improvements, which will allow us to provide you with an even better and more efficient experience.
Scheduled maintenance
DNB carries out maintenance on the digital systems at fixed times. Due to scheduled maintenance, the Supervision services will be (partially) unavailable. In case of partial availability:
- the services Supervisory calendar and Organisation details are not available.
- the Supervisory applications service is available but new applications will be processed with delay. Your application will be submitted but you will receive the confirmation of receipt later.
- You may not be able to view the documents you have submitted at the Applications Supervision service.
- the Qualitative surveys service is available.
