Who will we share your data with?
We may have to share your data with processors, and we can engage the services of parties that qualify as processors within the meaning of the GDPR. How long will we retain your data?
Should we reject your application, we retain your personal data for up to one year after completion of the application process to see if there is a match with any future positions. After that period, we anonymise your data, and only those details that cannot be traced back to you will be retained in our system for reporting purposes. In our applicants portal you can always change and supplement your data, or have it anonymised. If there is no match within one year, we will again ask your consent for retaining your data in our system. If you do not give your consent, we will anonymise your data.
