Branch outside the Netherlands
A payment processing service provider which has its registered office in the Netherlands and intends to carry on its business from a branch located outside the Netherlands for a customer which does not belong to the same group as the agent may do so only after De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) has approved this intention.

DNB will approve the intention within three months of receipt of the application if the requirements laid down by or pursuant to order in council are fulfilled, unless the conduct of the agent's business or its financial position is inadequate in the light of the intention.
