No, we will only send you a letter about this reporting obligation if we do not have an email address for your company. If your company previously submitted reports using the DNB Reporting Service, we already have your email address. The relevant contact will receive an email notification about the obligation being available in My DNB.

Yes, you can access previously submitted reports in the DNB Reporting Service from 2021 onwards. The reports from before 2021 are in the former eLineBB portal and are no longer accessible.

Go to the DNB Reporting Service and click on the report you want to resubmit. You can upload an adjusted excel file using the [Resubmit] button. Please note that you must complete different excel templates for 2021 and 2022.

You can log in to the Reporting Service at https://dienstrapportages.dnbapps.nl/. To log in, you need eHerkenning and you must be authorised to use the DNB Reporting Service. You can obtain this authorisation from your eHerkenning provider. You can authorise another organisation to submit reports on behalf of your organisation with an eHerkenning chain authorisation. Please be sure to apply for the required eHerkenning and chain authorisations from your provider in good time, given the lead times involved, and remember to authorise relevant staff members.

You must submit the CFI benchmark report by uploading the completed excel template in the Reporting Service. You cannot submit the report by email.

No. A new excel template is available for the 2022 report. You can download the excel templates in the Reporting Service and from our website. Some visual changes have been made to make completion easier.

You will see the 'draft' status when you have uploaded but not yet submitted the report. Click the [Submit] button to submit the report.

The correct reporting period is : Start date 2022-01-01. End date 2022-12-31. You need to adjust this manually.

For the CFI benchmark, you need to log in with your Chamber of Commerce number. Enter the Chamber of Commerce number under Identifier and the code http://www.dnb.nl/kvk in the dropdown menu on the Scheme line.

To reduce the chances of incorrectly entering the filing indicator, you only need to select the value 'positive' from the dropdown menu once when completing one or more forms.

If it is not clear where the error can be found in the report, please send both the excel file and the validation report from the Reporting Service to benchmark@dnb.nl.
