As mentioned in the message on 18 February 2021, banks are requested to report the Remuneration Reporting only via XBRL. The release of the applicable version of the taxonomy (REM 1.0.1) by the EBA was on 8 April 2021. This annual reporting obligation is applicable to banks with a head office in the Netherlands and the non-EEA branches. Only some big banks are selected to submit the benchmarking part. The other banks are only required to submit the high earners part. For further information please see the EBA website. Deadline for submitting this report is 30 June 2021.

LSI’s will be informed about the additional reporting obligation concerning “Identified staff”. This report will be requested via Excel separately. A different reporting obligation will be visible in DLR.
