Published: 23 February 2017
The questions asked during the interview are based on statutory criteria and competencies and depend on the candidate's proposed position. The interview will be about the knowledge and competencies listed in the job profile and about the fields of expertise and responsibilities related to the position. For example, different questions will be put to a legal expert in a pension fund than to a member of the fund's investment committee, or to the chair of the audit committee and a member of the remuneration committee, or to a supervisory board member whose actuarial expertise is required in a supervisory board and a candidate whose area of expertise is IT.
Below are some examples of actual fitness assessment interview questions, categorised according to the topics that we consider in assessments.
